There is a slight discrepancy between a 21 year old and a child. But Obviously the law is not perfect(no shit), but how do you propose to stop something like that then? If a child is psychologicaly abused severly it wouldn't be uncommon for him to end up being schizophrenic, if he/she is strong minded and is abused constantly they will eventually run away

ya the strong minded ones are set but the innocent stupid ones? However, i was saying a child in general sorry for not clarifying. Maybe an outreach program to help children who have no where to go and the law wont take care of them(is there one? i dont know),it would kind of be like a buffer; i never really thought about it.

In my personal opinion the only way is to educate people to a greater extent. I'm sure one day College will probably become mandatory. The Education might make them be able to comprehend what "Psychological Damage" is...I mean to be fair there ain't much you can do if a parent is Psychologicaly torturing a child, I mean it happens all the time, what do you think happens with child favoritism(Yes its a smaller version) it hurts them, but that's life, you gotta deal with the cards you've been delt in the best way you can. The law and education standards will probably heighten gradually causing factors such as child abuse to lessen but it will never be abolished.

And if your 16 or over and can't take the constant shit...join the army or get a job and move out.

Its pretty unfortunate, but I mean....that's life. Life's unfair.

But to just disregard it as it happens and deal with it, won't help the ones who can’t and I think that’s where it is lacking. Society is producing psychotic sociopathic serial killers and we blame media, drugs, or maybe even the government. Some people are so quick to point fingers but they have 3 pointing back at them. I know im pointing fingers here and I’ll admit im not perfect but to allow abuses of such magnitudes to go is almost as bad as doing nothing
