    injury

im just curious if any of you have experienced or have any idea what is wrong with my shoulder...and dont say go to the doctor because thats my plan. lol...

when i press on the back of my shoulder (not completly in the back but near the rear of my shoulder) and when i stop pressing on it, it seems to pop back out...its hard to explain but im thinking its loose ligaments or someshit?...it also hurts a little bit in the rear.

Shit, same shit happened to me about a month ago. When I pressed with my right shoulder even with weights twice as light as my normal lifts, it hurt like a bitch. Right where the shoulder blade was. I layed off of benching and shit like that for 3 weeks now. Got back into lifting this week and feels like nothing ever happened. I could barely even lift my right arm the pain was so bad. I dunno man, if I were to give you any advice it would be REST. Worked for me and hopefully will do you some good aswell. Good luck bro.

No doubt about it, you have bird flu. The only cure is to dig a pit, and burn yourself and everyone within a square mile of you.
