Free Photo Editor links pls

Hi all

Since my workplace upgraded our computers..they removed the Microsoft Photo Editor from my machine..grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...so now i need to download something that will allow me to do the basics to pictures (not Paint) like crop and rotate...anyone have any good links?
