    Emo?

    I was wondering what Emo is ? Ie like EMO Ninja.....So I went on a search to find out what BigDyl really is , and if anyone else is confused, here is the explanation :

    emo is short for "emotional punk" basically it was a trend that started in the late 90's by bands like "at the drive in" who were punk, but emotional. popular bands like the used and my chemical romance are examples.

    anyway, thats were the term emo comes from! hope this helps
