J'Bo's Life Update
Hey folks.
Good to see that some of the old suckers are still here
I have managed to still hang on to my Canadian accent while in Australia and i am truley happy about that
Life is good here in Perth. I am enjoying the fact that there is no snow, however it is COLD here! Apprently it has never been this cold but i dont believe anyone that tells me that. I think that they fix the average temps to attract immigrants.
My love is great. He has been working in the mines making lots of money and i have been working harder than ever as the operations manager. Its tough work and i am hoping to get out of it QUICKLY.
We have decided that although there are many positive things about living in Australia that we will be moving back to Canada next June. Some things you just cant live without:
-cheap hair products
-family
-lakes
-maternity leave from the government
-cheap schooling
-the ability to purchase a house at a good rate without huge interest rates
-goats milk soap
-cherrios
-perogies
So we have really loved Australia and perhaps one day we may come back but for now we are planning on leaving in April to head to Thailand for a couple weeks and then back to Canada.
How are you guys?

Today i tell my company director that i will be leaving in April....the latest.
I will most likely be leaving in February to go work in the mines with my love to make a boat load of money for when we move back home to Canada. Oh and buy a pair of boobs

Well, fade ended up in the hospital and missed a week of work so he couldn't take off the next week which is what we had planned.
He's fine, he had cellulitis in his elbow/arm and had to get IV antibiotics.
Maybe next Oct we'll make it to the O in Vegas and swing by CO on the way back.~Ann
