that guy is a huge scam artist. he is actually banned from QVC because of previous scam products....if I am not mistaken hes been in jail for it.....and he is banned in some states from doing business....he book only gives very common herbal fixes. He claims on TV there is cures for cancer and herpes etc... but the book doesn't tell them....and he tries to get you to become a member of his website where you have to pay a monthly fee to access these wonder cures.

Yeah, I didn't believe alot of what he was saying. However, some of what he was saying seemed to make sense. He went in depth about the AMA and medical charities, and how they were disinterested in finding cures while they had all of the donations comming in. He also mentioned how drug companies wanted people to be sick, so they could keep selling products...

I agree with some of things he says...but overall he is a bastard.

Its like how they keep lowering the normal range for blood pressure and cholesterol. Those are probably the two biggest forms of meds given to people. Now they want your blood pressure below 120/80 or you are considered hypertensive. Now they want cholesterol to be 150 or less....it used to be less then 250 and you were good...then it was less then 200...now 150....I think there is something to do with these things being lowered and the drug company....something is going on with that stuff....basically the drug companies want us all on meds....if that is actually good for us who knows.

He said Hydrogenated oils, and even Homgenized milk scar your arteries, which allows the ldl cholestorol to attach to the arterial wall. I have no idea if this is true or not.

No, the homogenization process causes the mollecular structure to be changed... and I'm not sure how it scars your arteries, but it sounded scary...

I try not to believe anything I hear....I do my best to research things and come up with my own idea of what is correct.

Lots of people believe that milk is not that great for you, ask any vocalist, or LAM could perhaps explain it in terms of bodybuilding.

I dont really drink milk anymore unless I'm going to eat cake or something.

I only drink milk with my morning protein shake.

he also says that sunlight doesnt cause skin cancer and not to wear sun tan lotion.

I was always told that most adult humans cannot properly
digest cows milk...

Babys do just fine but then as the human body reaches
a certain age, it cannot digest certain enzymes in the cows milk

I'm sure this has something to do with the popularity of Lactose intolerance

Goats milk is supposedly a different story

I think he is trying to push some political agenda
And like you other guys say, I like the way he popularizes eastern
medicine and natural cures..

But, I would not be surprized to hear he was a scientologist or something -

I drink a ton of milk....when I was in the Navy the food sucked so bad and so high in sugar and other carbs that in order to get my protein intake right I would drink 4-6 cups of milk at every meal. I was in the best shape of my life around that period of time. I just can't buy that milk is bad for me.
