    Choosing a nonsmartness

Would you prefer to be a normal person that is considered very stupid by his family and friends or a mentally disabled person that is successful in disabled activities like that special olympics?

the first one. if a lot of people are thinking the same thing about you then it's something you must be doing, and if you are indeed a "normal person" as you put it and this is a behavior that you would like to extinguish then you have the capability to change it, or else get new friends

Pretend this normal person cant change that, should this person voluntarily be a winner between the mentally disabled?

That special olympics thing probably has some rules to prevent that a bad athlete from a normal olympics, cut his arms and compete there to be a winner.
