Good comment. Now some follow it up with some exercises you perform.

Kefe - although its good that you're getting into weights at such a young age, you should be focusing on your whole body, not just the 'beach boy' muscles.

Once puberty gets going, you'll start to make real progress but without training your entire body, especially legs!, you'll look comical.

That's not really a good answer. To go along with the great advice hp192003 gave you, you also need to realize that your quads and hamstrings are very larg muscles in comparison to the other muscles in your body. By working them hard, your entire body gets bigger. You want big arms? Start doing squats.
Rules? You mean we have RULES for that???

    makes sense

probably something along those lines having to do with chemical reactions etc.

but I personally love doing legs, it gives me a rush I can't even compare to the one I get when doing arms and or chest..

so fuck chest I'm going with legs

Your spelling is very "intence", when I read it I almost "fal" down laughing.

Yes the testes are usually between your legs, when you squat your shorts pull tight in the crotch area and squeezes your nuts like a turkey baster juicing all the way up to your skull, then it trickles down into you neck, shoulders, back, chest arms and eventually to your toes. This is called the "Turkey Basting Effect".
