    day

For people who are trying to lose fat, working out in the morning or afternoon is beneficial because your metabolism stays elevated throughout the day after your workout.

I typcically workout before work. It is generally between 8-11AM. However, if I work a 9-5, then I workout afterward. I never wake up earlier than 7AM unless I have to.
