    It depends how much detail there is in the background.
    This one took about half an hour while the one with Foreman hitting his balls took 10 minutes.

    that's awsome. I have a pirate copy of photoshop 7 but have no clue how to use it. I need to buy the instruction booklet on it.

    The instructions are online, photoshop is more of a photo/ pic app. but I believe it comes with a animation plug in.
