These days a lot of people have their own bodybuilding sites and/or blogs, yet it is hard to generate traffic to them. The solution is to develop a bodybuilding community amongst one another and link each others sites. This will generate traffic to each others sites and strengthen everyone's sites together. I will do my part and link any bodybuilding/fitness site on my personal site for free.
