    Need information on my equipment

I just bought a home gym at Walmart. It has everything and only cost $119. It even has a 100 lb weight stack. My goodness that's a lot of weight.

So here's my question. If I workout on it for the next 12 weeks and use the following anabolics, Anavar @ 5 mgs Mon, Wed and Fri along with 25 grams of Testosterone once a week, Can I obtain good results.

Note: my diet is very good. I eat at Mcdonalds 6 days a week for 6 meals and on sundays have a ex large pizza from Pizza Hut.

    Thank you so much

I think you should stick with that plan but break up your training. Get up at like 2 AM hit the weights, then go back to bed. Everyonece in a while duck out of work on lunch go home, train and take a nap.

    Variety is key

great idea. I wondering as time goes on if I can expand this home piece to handle an additional 25-30 lbs. I think by the time 6 months rolls around that I may need the additional weights. You guys think so.

Yea, You'll need extra weight for sure. 100 lb stack isn't much. Be col about adding weight to the machine too, beyond the original 100 lbs. it comes with. The frame work of the machine might not be strong enough for the additional load the extra weights would place on it.

Do you guys think at 246 lbs and being 53 that i might be able to someday bench 130 lbs. I'm very weak and even don't have enough strength to finish jacking off. This is kind of embarrassing but I must tell the truth as that's how I was raised.

    Only 25 grams of Test?

You should probably up the dosage to 100.

50 on monday, followed by another 50 grams on thursday.
