Those aren't real plates. They're less weight, but the same size as 45lb plates. Just look at them when they bounce, you can tell they aren't regular iron plates.


It just seems like a hell of a lot of weight for this guys size. Check it out.

It's on an oly plateform, so they are probably rubber plates. No way that's real though, that would be a world record easy and he didn't even try that hard.
