For Those looking For new Training Routine

Please be adviced that Robert has opened a new Sub Forum in the Training section.

Here you'll find what is called "Professional Personal Training" by Iron Man. If your looking to take you genetics to the next level, I'd suggest you go to that forum and do a little reading.

Iron Man is a Professional Trainer and is here to help you with your training and answere all questions. He will go in depth in regards to bulking and cutting phases having to do with Training, Diets and the use of Anabolics along with proper PCT to keep those gains.

You guys are getting something free here that a lot of trainees pay a lot of money for. So keep it professional and use it to your advantage.

Your welcome Wit. It took me three months to talk Iron Man to leave Professional Muscle and join Iron Magazine and help us over here. As I have said in the past that Iron Magazine is the best Bodybuilding site on the internet. So Thanks to Robert they have added another professional to help us.

Absolutely. I could have worded it a little differently. Was just trying to let others in open chat know that Iron Mag has added a sub forum to training. I'll go back and re-edit.

He doesn't change you genetics, Just helps you get the most out of them.

If you were to do 1 set of every type of bodybuilding exercise 1 time a month, would you be getting the max out of you genetics. Didn't think so.

Iron Man Training might not be for everyone. But so far in my over 30 years of training (off and on), I getting better results with this training then any other one I have ever used and that's hard to do being 53 years old. Read the post by others in that training forum and see if they don't say the same thing. So it's not just me but everyone who has tried it.

Try it. Problem is you may end up having to agree with old toughy. Wouldn't that suck?
