    silly friend

So my friend want to get into bodybuilding/fitness, but he doesn't want to change his diet or have a consistant workout routine. I brought him to the gym one day so he could get accustomed to the workouts. I tought him about form, intensity, etc. - basically hit every part of the body lightly. He hasn't been back for a real workout since. He told me, "Dude, I noticed my triceps are a little bigger." He also said he was working out with this grip ball sort of device, something that you squeeze. He told me, "My forearms are bigger". I'm sick of it! Have any of you guys experienced anything of the likes of my friend? Oh yeah, all he wants to train are biceps and chest it seems. He also thinks eating subway is healthy.

Thank you for letting us know what gay smells like.
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
