    Foremans Life story

Ok bitches here is the real story of my weight lifting experiances.

1981 I was 13, I joined the gym ( YMCA) for the first time. I remember seeing guys benching 225 for reps...some even doing 315 for reps...I was amazed, but that first day I said to myself I would out lift them all ( and I did...all but one, Johnny Jackson...this monster could run 5 miles then come in the gym and hit 315 for an eazy 10 then 405 for a double....and he was 40). I was in 7 th grade and could only do 135 for a set of 6.....I was a typical dumb shit, I only did chest and biceps for the first 2 years. By 14 ( 8th grade) I could max 205 and do reps with the ez-curl bar with 95 lbs. I was very imperssed with myself .

Freshman year my football coach made us do deadlifts, squats and military presses once a week ( 5x5) ....I hated him for it... So just during the season I did this shit....never did legs in the off season. Sophmore year I hit 300lbs at 15 years old on bench....about that same time people laughed at me for my small legs ( had 16.5 inch calfs and only 22 inch thighs) . Then an amazing thing happened...my legs became my best body part after only 6 months of training.

Fast forward to seinor year...I tore my peck in my junior year and had to take 3 months off all weights, then re-hab for another 2. By the begining of my seinor year I was back in shape and training my entire body...I set a goal of a 400lb bench before I graduated ( actually set that goal at 15). Before I graduated I hit a raw 365 bench and could do a raw 385 squat for 6 reps at 210Lbs...not bad now that I look back.

At 19 I hit a raw 405 bench at 216, squat was still about the same as it was at 18.....then I just quit . I was disenchanted with it all....you see I was an idiot and actually thought you could compete without steroids....then I saw some of my friends use them....my God the changes were amazing. I went away to college, still lifted about once a week for 30 min, but spent the next few years drinking and getting laid and smoking weed....no regrets with that.

At 25 I started liting serously again.....did a natural show and took second place...then I did a qualifer for the Natural MR. Universe in 95...took 6th in the 198 class.....felt good about it...eventhough I was still about 5-10lbs smaller than I was at 19. After that I lifted just to maintain....and aslo got fat.

1998 I was training hard for about a year and was in top natural shape, That was the time I started using Steroids. Did about 15 cycles from 1998-2002...went from a ripped natural 215 to a semi ripped 257......but was doing very little leg work ( after 19 I never trained legs more than once a month) . I hit a 365 bench for 17 reps, then a set of 405 for 11 then 495 for 3.....I estimate I could hit 545 at that time....but never really tried it. I was a sales rep in LA for a supplement Co....and was around all the pros every day.....I was disgusted with the sport and most of my friends were competing and crazy idiots......I decided to stop using steroids...I was out of controll and knew I didn't want to go to the next level like many of the people I knew......

Then after 3 years off.....lifting about once every 2 months I joined IM.
It might sound funny but you guys inspired me to get back in shape and also to be moderate in my future use of steroids..

So I want to thank most of you for inspiring me and re-educating me about exercise and many other things.

Next and last goal....hit a 575+ raw bench at 40, weinging 275....don't care if I get it, just want to try....at 18 I would think that kind of thinking was defetest and disgusting......man I was wrong back then.

Sure. Remember foremanrules played the part in Porky's where he puts his pecker thru the gym wall and the lady coach tried to pull his dally wacker off.

You left out the part about going to altar boy camp and the priest who was nice to you even when you didn't want him to be.
