Just checking in Folks...
Hey all,
I've been away from the forum for quite a while...and even from lifting for a bit...
Had a rough stretch at the end of the summer, with fears of a very serious illness. Don't wanna dwell on all that.
The main thing is, I don't have any illness, and i'm BACK IN THE GYM with renewed determination and desire.
I won't have as much time as I used to for the forums, but this place had helped me out a great deal. It's good to be back!
