Okay I can not be the only male on the planet that gets this!!

Here's the scenerio.

You meet a girl at work, at school, or somewhere you will see her on a daily or at least a weekly basis. You show you are interested in her. You talk about going out. She agrees. But after a week or two it just never happens. You still talk, etc. Then one day she tells you or you over hear that she is seeing someone. You back off. She's taken. Then a few weeks go by and you two are chatting. She brings up the asshole she was going out with and how she keeps meeting and dating the same types. "why can't I find the right guy?" In your mind you are the right guy.

All I can do is smile at her. Change the subject. Or just walk away. Oh there have been a few times where I'll start waving my arms and say "here I am". That gets a chuckle and a smile out of them.

I swear women must confuse me for their gay guy friends sometimes. lol

I'd agree with you if this wasn't something that has happened my whole life. Even in High School. I think it's just me for the most part. The initial attraction wears off and then the friendship becomes the issue. Women unlike men won't cross that friendship boundry.

Ahh yea... the "Big Brother" syndrome. You end up becoming the consumate advisor and confidant rather than the lover and companion. I've certainly been there.

Yeah, I find when I am a real prick girls start to like me. This weekend I had me a good ole time. This girl that I had no interest in because she smokes and was just a bitch was hanging out (She's a friend of a friend). I introduced myself and said nice to meet you. Instantly, no interest in me whatsoever. So, I call her by the wrong name on purpose about 6 or 7 times (I actually didn't remember her name but I usually put forth an effprt to figure it out) and all of a sudden she is into me. My buddy talked me into being nice and then an asshole off and on so I did this all night. I offer to get her a beer, she dislikes me, I sit on her lap and fart, she likes me. It was so fun, plus she had tig ole bitties.

Sounds to me like they give you opportunities and you don't jump on them. You try to be the nice guy and take your time and in the meantime, they lose interest because you are being such a wuss.

Quit being so nice and wimpy... it's a huge turn off to women. Be a man and organize that date instead of just casually seeing her and then make your move... you got to hit it early and quit being such a wuss.
