    Apology to Foreman

This is a formal apology to Foreman for being rude in thread titled "Incrediable Doug Hepburn Footage". I called him out on his raw bench skills. I was wrong for doing so and in that I apologize. I would like to see the vid of you doing 315 for 12 reps and I'm sure everyone else here would.

I will have it filmed with me wearing a T-shirt with a pic of Dale on it because he is my hero and I hope to be as strong as him someday.

Apology to Foreman. Are you kidding me. This guy can't bench 130 lbs 12 times. Remember he's been to my house and lifted.

    True Story.

Btw, I think you need a better apology.

I think you should give Foreman some head in return for your unkind remarks towards him. This should also be video tapped... a copy sent to topolo, and someone else named ghost dog.

Having met Foreman, I can confirm two things.

First, there is no doubt he can bench 315 for 12 reps. He is a large man.

    Secondly, he swallows.
