Licence Suspension - Possible Loop Hole!?!

Sup fellas,

I was just sitting here with nothing to do so I thought I would ask this question due to the fact that Im dealing with the BS right now

I Live In NY and we have a point system for out licence. I recieved 2 speeding tickets in a 2 year period and now they are taking away my licence.

We cannot get over 11 points on out licence. So here is the deal:

1st ticket: 8 Points - Pleeded Guilty
2nd Ticket: 6 Points - Pleeded Not Guilty Than Pleeded Guilty (Ill explain)
Grand Total: 14 Points

Ok so here is the question:

When I got the 2nd ticket I pleeded guilty knowing i was going to lose my licence. After I did that I took a 5 Hour course which takes of 4 points of of your licence. This should leave me with a grand total of 10 Points which means I am 1 under the limit. Now I moved so I missed my cour date so I ended up pleeding guilty anyway due to the fact I thought I was ok because of the 5 Hour Course. A few weeks later I get a letter from the NY DMV stating that I am losing my licence for a minimum of 6 months!

I know that when you pleed guilty or are found guilty they go from the date of the ticket and that might cancel out my 5 hour course but shoudnt it do something? I am now going inot the DMV and asking if I it counted and took points off of my licence. This could be a loop hole but I am not sure. How can they not take points off of your licence if you were not found guilty yet.

So Ill go over it one last time:

1. Got ticket which would put me over 11 points (14 points)
2. Pleeded not guilty and Took 5 hour course
3. This should have put me at 10 points (saftey zone)
4. I Pleeded guilty due to some complications
5. Now I have my licence being taken from me even though i took the course
6. Even though I got my ticket before the 5 hour course it should count due to the fact that i stalled being guilty and than took a course to take off 4 points.

You guys think this is a loop-hole and maybe if I go into the DMV with proof of the 5-Hour course I can maybe get out of this or get a shorter suspension?

Its all about the Benjamins...

Find a lawyer who plays golf with your particular judge or magistrate,
and maybe one that has contributed to his campaign...

Have him schedule you a court date, pay the lawyers fee,
and say what ever BS the lawyer tells you to, that day!

You "WILL get your license back at least!

You dont think I will get off just by showing up with the certificate that says I took the 5 hour course which takes off 4 points?

Why don't you just ask someone from DMV? Here in NYC they do take off some points off even after you have your points.

why would I want to help someone with 14 fucking points find a loop hole?

what did you do to get 8 points? It must have been pretty fucking bad considering the judge will almost always reduce the points unless it was completely out-of-line reckless driving...

Holy Cryptozoic! Little did I know I was helping out a felon!
For all we know the reason he was speeding was because he robbed a bank!

If you look at the anabolic section here you'll notice a few people ask for help on steroid usage.....I do believe steroids are illegal.

We all speed from time to time, give him a break.

Ok, speeding 5 mph over the speed limit is a little different from 20, 30, or 40mph over. Reckless drivers shouldn't be on the road. I doubt he got that many points from going 7mph over.

I admit I received a ticket once for going 20 miles over, I had just finished tuning my Camaro and I decided to give it a test drive. The speed limit was 30 miles per hour and I reached 50 miles pretty quick. This was in a desolate area where I figured I wouldn't cause any harm.

No cop here in NYC will pull you over for just going 7 mph over the limit.

Well it depends on the cop. I'm sure cops in NYC have before.

Hey buddy, I go back and forth to NYC but I live in Long island. I got my first ticket for speeding late at nite on Oysterbay parkway. Not one person on it. I was going 25-30 over and truthfully I didnt know I was going that fast until i got pulled over.

The second time I was going 75 on the LIE which everyones does as you should no. People were passing me for gods sake!! I got only 2 tickets in 2 years and now im losing my License, Its total BS.

I can vouche for this guy, everyone on the LIE drive way over the speed limit. It took me awhile to get used to it.

Hey Guru, I don't have that problem anymore with the Nassua cops on the LIE.

I install their 2-way radios and I got to know most if not all and they all reconize my Motorola van. So they are pretty cool with me but I don't take advantage of the fact.........

here in africa you get a fine. only been caught once and had to pay like 20bucks. that was it. no point system nothing. i normally go way over the limit, they never caught me before. i was so pissed about that!

why didnt you ask for a postponement of ur court date if you couldnt make it?

thats a given, plus it woulda given you time to check if your 5 hour course meant anything.

i'll tell u what u should do...keep driving even if ur license is suspended..my ex-neighbor drove with a suspended license for over a decade before he was caught for drunk driving..just make sure not to fuck up from here on out
