    Give them concrete walls...

    Take away the TVs, CBL, personal items, and give them
    group calesthenics and stretching - NO FREE WEIGHTLIFTING or social time

    I think prisons are wrong, if you treat them nice, they wont mind going there. If you treat them poorly, when they get out they will be really mad with society.

    Prisons need to teach respect for freedom and society,
    and instill prisoners with a want to get out and stay clean!
