    teeth whiteening

    I got the custom trey and stuff on mond from my dentist

    So today i put it on for 4 hours then ate then 2 more hours and now my teeth are sore but i dont notice any color change is this normal and how longer will it take ?

    Sounds like you got the cheap system, and it may not work as well -

    I have the same tray and stuff from dentist. I once woke up in the middle of the night because that stuff was making my teeth sore. It practically eats away your enamel. But your teeth come out looking white in 2 weeks.
