    i DO WHAT THEY CONSIDER OVERTRAINING BUT THE WAY EVERYONE ELSE DOES THERES DOES NOT WORK FOR ME I HAVE DONE UPPER BODY EVERYOTHER DAY AND LOWER ON THE NEXT FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS AND DONT SAY I DONT KNOW WHAT IM DOING BECAUSE IF I TRY IT ONLY WOKRING EACH MUSCLE 2 TIMES A WEEK I LOSE STREGTH AND MASS AND I DONT WANT THAT OVER TRAINING IS THE ONLY THING THAT WORKS FOR ME

    Overtraining + Poor form = Injury + Possible PERMANENT DAMAGE

    Im only trying to get it through to you that taking it slow will give you better results.
