    Help Me Decide

I'm trying to decide if I want to go back to this camp this summer to be a counselor again. If you are going to respond with camp is gay.....please just keep it to yourself. Anyway...what the camp is like is not important here.

The reason I can't decide is because I would have to be there for four weeks and not be able to keep my eating habits the way I want. It is going to be hell eating only 3 times a day....and no I can't do anything about it. I will have to choke down as much of the crap they serve to help keep as much mass as possible.
How much strength and mass could I possibly lose in 4 weeks with a under maintenaince calorie intake........10 pounds??? I'll probably get lean as hell though.
There is a caged off part with a bench, barbell, and weights.
I'll continue to do major lifts to keep as much strenght as possible.
Any pill supplements I could take besides a multivitamin that could help me keep some muscle?

Do what is best for you, if you have something better lined up then do it, if you get something positive out of being a camp counselor then do that. My brother was a camp counselor every summer through college and it was a great experiance for him and also looked good on his resume when he graduated and went out looking for management work.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

Yes...it's impossible. They of course serve three meals...and its not like I can keep food in my cabin in the trunk in 100 degree weather.

ANY ADVICE ON PILL SUPPS. BESIDES MULTIVITAMIN.????

Ya....the hotties are definitly a reason to go. I'm trying to figure out if some are going.
I think I will go......I know it sounds egocentric, which I am not, but it will be a great opportunity to for lack of better words "show off my body"

I CAN ALWAYS BULK HARDCORE AFTERWARDS.......right?????????? I guess if I drop to down to about 180 that will be aight...

    Balance.

You might not come back being in the best physical shape...but you might come back with a deeper sense of self...

    which...

at the end of the day...

is going to give you peace in your soul. (or at least contribute to peace)

Anybody with determination can get back in shape. Look at all the photos of the men and women who train for competition. Look at what they do in 12 weeks! AMAZING! Look at the mommies who've had 3 children~ and look better than some 23 year olds!

get someone to send you a care package every week...full of protein bars, supplements, muscle milk (I luv the RTD ), etc...

    Will you regret NOT going?

    Will you regret GOING?

I’m sure people would answer differently if you asked in reference to going backpacking across Europe for 4 weeks. LOL. ya know?

    live your life. experience life.

and IF you go...don't let them brainwash you. LOL. kidding... hee hee. not really kidding though.

    good luck in your decision.

I think you can maintain on 3 meals a day as long as they are big meals maybe you eat other peoples leftovers.

Maybe bring some canned foods with you if you can, I get high protien Turkey chili all the time. Just bring some beano along. Maybe you can store your oil caps in the camp kitchen fridge? Is there a limit to how much stuff you can bring or are you driving yourself?
