    vicodin, ambien & ativan...

    What's your highest bid??? kidding

Do I really need all this?? I have lasek eye surgery tomorrow morning. I didn't think it would HURT.

This is what the Dr is doing...

"...LASEK, or laser epithelial keratomileusis. This is a newer approach to laser vision correction. Unlike its sister surgery, LASIK, where a flap of cornea is cut, in LASEK no cutting is needed which adds to the safety of the surgery. This is the procedure that about 95% of his patients choose because it reduces the risk associated with laser vision correction and also because the quality of vision can be better..."

I had the LASIK (flap) done 5 years ago. However, I was one of the 5% who's vision regresses.

Anyone else know about this. I'm getting nervous...

So did it hurt? Did you take the meds anyway just for the fun of it?

    No, it didn't hurt.

    Yes, I took the meds.

The dr was actually able to lift the flap he cut 5 years ago...so he did lasik...not lasek. I only did 1 eye...go back next month for the other.

Did y'all know that trees had individual leaves???? I thought they were just big green fuzzy plants!

I'm not sure I like the idea that he can still lift the top layer of my eye after all these years.

It took 6 seconds. I don't remember much. Had a hot body builder friend drive me... That's about all I remember!
