I couldn't really think of many female actresses that I think are good. I mean, there are alot of good ones, but I can't think of any great ones.

I remember my American Cinema teacher was saying how many of the top actors in the 1970's weren't traditional good-looking people.

    To name a few:
    Dustin Hoffman
    Jack Nicholson
    Robert De Niro
    Diane Keaton
    Meryl Streep

    Mel Gibson
    Bruce Willis
Some Colin Farrell (phonebooth, tigerland, etc)
    Jet Li

I forgot about him, he can be pretty good at times. If you look back into his career you'll notice he's been in some good movies.

Norton's very good and Gibsons another one. Damn, 10 may be too short a number.
    I also liked Marlon Brando.
    Gene Hackman is also good.

I think Coulkin is great because his acting was just as good when he was 12 as it is now. I can't think of many other people that are like that.

btw - I like Micheal Jackson too. I think he is misunderstood

Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
