    on another site myk took an article from dante and tried to tell people it was his to no avail people worked him out in seconds then he cracked a little tantrum abused everyone at the forum and was banned

    actually the true story is that aceshigh pmed me here at IM and asked me to join his new bodybuilding forum (which is why he should be banned here) he told me it was an anything goes forum and that no one gets banned.

    well I was up tp the challenge and got banned from a forum in which no one gets banned on!!

    and now that litlle cockrider is here trying to promote his site!
