"Brawn" the book, what did you do with it?

Brawn(1) is a book with with some very useful information in it. But also includes a load of negativity and bitching. 10 words are also used where 1 word would do......

A good book for some people and a complete turn off for others.....

I burnt my copy in Nov 2004..........

If you have this book what is your opinion of it?

He's not talking about Brawny paper towels, it's a book.
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
