Good thing your the strongest 12 year old on the planet as you would be easy to catch and get your ass kicked.

Even I was slow in high School and ran it in the high 12 seconds.

9.0 backwards with one shoe untied.
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

KEFE, not to be mean, but I think a bird can swim 100m faster than that.

Ummm, I'm no math major or anything,
but wouldn't measurement in meters be slightly longer,
and thus make the overall times faster?

10.8 100 meters was my PR

    10 secs flat in 100yds, i would guess...maybe in the high 9s

Right now at the age of 35 I run mid 11s, my goal is to get back to 10.8 and stay there as long as possible.

200 m in 22.8 seconds. That was 3 or 4, or maybe 5 years ago.

I usually throw a smoke bomb first, then cover the 100 metres in 2.7 seconds or so.

Do you run linearly, or do you strafe it?

    KEFE - 100m is longer than 100 yards. 100m = ~91 metres.

I could only manage a PB of 11.07 over the 100 metres. I was trying to get into 10's, but instead I found drugs.
