    p2p fighting videos

    did you all know you can download fighting trainign videos on p2p sharing networks

    checkem out

    i found jeet kune do
    Thai boxing
    GRacie jujutsu
    rapid assualt tactics. (paul vunaks jeet kune do)
    cage fighting secrets

    n a bunch of other stuff

    if u got fighting training vids share the knowlodge.

    Training vids are all good, but experience matters the most. Hands on training with a real instructor who has 8+ years experience.

    yes but when u have going on 15 yrs martial arts exp, any new knowledge is worth its weight in gold

    plus

    classes r not cheap niether is training.
