    The Hills Have Eyes

Saw this movie tonight. I have to say it is by the far the most brutally violent movie I've seen. Extremely gory...but it was a really fun and entertaining flick. Some scenes are overkill, but it's just one of those movies where you route hard for the good guys and against the bad guys (in this case genetically mutated cannibals due to nuclear bomb testing). It's pretty much a way better version of Wrong Turn. Highly recommended

Do not see if you'd rather not see extreme violence and gore, close ups of gunshot wounds, rape/molestation, violence against animals, and child violence....and on and on and on...(that's not giving anything away really)

As much as a turnoff it sounds like, it is a really good flick IMO.

If you count the part where one of the Mutants is sucking the breast milk out of a young mother while holding a revolver to her infant baby's domepiece while his other mutant brother is raping a 17 year old girl, then YES! titties are somewhat involved .

When I say mutants they're not the mutants you're probably thinking of like Ninja Turtle type shit. They're just in-bred looking, disfigured humans.

I saw the House of 1000 Corpses and The Devil's Rejects and thought they were both horrible (besides the Devil's Rejects soundtrack) and unbelievable. The Hills Have Eyes is far more violent, gory and disturbing, but is much better. Not to mention it focuses on the survival of the good guys, whereas the two Rob Zombie flicks sort of portrays the killers as the protagonists and gives them most of the lines and wants to you to like them, which is stupid because all they do is kill innocent people.

The Hills Have Eyes is far more suspenseful and thrilling and also written by Wes Craven which should say something by itself.

    http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/1000...s/trailers.php

it does look a lot scarier. the 1st one is worth watching if you like old horror movies.

I just watched the 1977 trailer on youtube. It's got that old school horror movie cheesiness that can be good. Looks pretty much the same as the new one besides the obvious technological advances of the past 30 years, which makes a huge difference.

Yeah she is good looking. I remember her from Ladybugs with Jonathan Brandis (RIP) and Rodney Dangerfield (RIP). See The Hills Have Eyes man!!!

I hate those type of scenes too and would feel like killing those screaming women as well. Which is why i never bother to watch horror stuff.

Haven't got around to seeing that one. My guess is it's just as gory if not gorier. This one is as violent and bloody as House of 1000 Corpses and The Devils Rejects combined, but it's way better...

You clearly don't know how to criticize a movie. Why don't you support your thoughts?

Just saw a preview of "Silent Hill" that comes out within the next few weeks.

Another scary/horror flick, looks kinda cool.

Yeah I saw that trailer before THHE. Looks pretty wild. Also The Omen/666 comes out on 6/6/06, which looks like it is gonna be a remake of The Omen from 1976, another classic horror flick.
