    Youre leaving out the most difficult part of the press. By not bringing the bar all the way down, youve turned this into a tricep workout. Getting the bar off your chest and through the first 4-5 inches is the hardest part.

    that's how KEFE does his warmups, I seen him, he later puts 135 on and full reps it 15 times. I seen him do it. Right Son?
