I'm pretty sure this link works, sorry the video is upside down it was taken with my camera phone. The platform is 3-4" by the way.
Those of you who are familiar with deadlifts know that pulling from a platform is in fact harder, it extends the range of motion. So instead of pulling straight from the floor its pulling 3-4" further down.

Nice man, every once in awhile I wondered if you'd ever come back. If distraction elimination is working though stick to it!
I haven't kept a journal in awhile, have a bad left shoulder right now so no heavy pressing at all (heaviest I have done recently was 285x3 on the incline). I dont touch anything over 2 plates on the flat (CG power bench, slow reps after inclines). Inclines dont bother my shoulder but flat, decline or dips do! Strange.![]()

That is especially strange, man. Good luck recovering I can't stand injuries lately I've been lucky enough to not suffer from any at all. I was having some shoulder pain for a while but now it seems to be fine. After doing some internal/external rotations with a single cable attachment.
