    Those were much better than the others you posted, but it's 115 lbs and then 125 if you have a standard O bar.

    my bar weighs 50 lbs with the callor.So that equals 120lbs and 130lbs.

    Those collars are 1/2 lb each not 5 lbs son
    And the bar is only 45lbs, just like every Olympic bar I have ever seen.....son

    So 116

    Actually my gym got in 2 O-bars that were 50lbs. I have no idea where they got them or for what reason, but I weighed them just to check, and they were in fact 50lbs.
    That doesn't mean I believe Kefe's story that his bar is 50lbs.

    Anyway, good job Kefe. Pound for pound you are worlds beyond where I was when I was 12. Keep up the good work, and never lose the passion.

    Those weights are fake.



    J/k, with the exception of 1 rep in each set, I would say those were double KEFE reps, which is roughly equal to a whole rep.
    If sense were common, everyone would have it.
