    Women’s Single Lift Bench Press: Teen Women 14-15
    Wait a couple of years and I'm sure you can break those records!

    Super heavy weight class is 140kg+ BW -

    In weightlifting it's 105kg+



    And I think you better compete at least once KEFE...

    I'll wager my bucks that you can't push a 187lb bench in competition
    (I don't think you have any idea how to bench in strict competition form,
    or how much more difficult it is)

    But with the assist of all kinds of lifting equip, who knows?
