    Very good KEFE. Hey guys if you look close this is on an incline also. So he could do more on a flat bench. Way to go lad

    I'll add two more things.

    1) How many of you guys started training at 12 yrs of age. Probably not many and if you did all you probably worried about at that time was benching and arm curls.

    2) At least he's home training and not out with some older kid stealing your fucking car

    So give the kid a break if you were no better.

    Well, I'm impressed. I started lifting at your age, and I could do around the same weight, but I was bigger then you. Fatter and just bigger built. Impressive, keep up the hard work man.
