I have good PS skills. If you do the work of finding a picture of someone with snot stains under their nose, I will blend the pictures and do the commercial picture.
I am in the middle of finals right now, so I don't have much time to work with it.

I could perhaps do one....being my job is as a graphic artist and I did goto college for it
