Even asks for the last four digits of your social in case they want to take a crack at your security code for other purposes.
Just wanted to give everyone the heads up.. not a very creative scam, but a scam nonetheless.. perhaps let your not so computer-literate friends and family know.

there are so many of them, I just over the link and if it is not www.paypal.com I delete it... although after using PayPal for 4+ years I am very aware of the emails PayPal actually sends out.

I was actually impressed by one eBay spoof email I received. I recognized the email as being a spoof, but I clicked the link to see how they did with the login page. It looked like an exact replica of eBay's page and even the links led to the actual eBay links. The only thing wrong was a very slight difference in placement of one thing and the address bar didn't show a legitimate address.
Interestingly, there is a criminal who scammed someone out of so much money that he moved to another country and hired lawyers. His lawyers are so good that they're able to keep him out of jail (he's been there for years). Sometimes, crime does pay. Heh.Push yourself. Enjoy yourself. Be yourself.
