    Why did you gusy start bodybuilding?

    I was fat which is why i started.. just wondering what motivated you guys to start

    I broke my arm snowboarding and I wanted to make my arm stronger because of the atrophy caused from not using it for 2 months. Then I was hooked.

    for my job actually...back then I was working as a set-up/process technician in plastic injection molding and part of the job was pulling and installing various molds, some of them weighed upward of 500 lbs, at the time I weighed about 160 lbs, and it was more than a little tough to move those bastards around.

    At a young age I was naturally well built, my friend introduced me to wieghts and I just grew like a weed.
    But that was then and now is now.....It's not that easy at 40.

    started to work out to release frustration...then continued to look like a pro BB...then realized I'd like to keep my organs and now I work out to look good naked.
