Mochi is real rice cake in Japan, we make it every New Years. You start with steamed rice and you beat it with mallets in a stone pit until it is a ball of smooth sticky rice, then the women take it and make little balls of it and put stuff inside like sweet red beeans and peanut butter, etc. The also fry it which is really good.

If an Officer Says "Gee Son....Your eyes look red, have you been drinking?" You probably shouldn't respond with, "Gee Officer your eyes look glazed, have you been eating doughnuts?"

One of the trainers/bodybuilder competitors at my gym has 7 of them and 3 scoops of whey after a workout, and he's cutting too.... How many carbs are in those things?

Generally 10-15 grams, depending on the rice blend/sugars added.
