So if someone was hot but she is not that much anymore. Is it a good idea to stick around waiting for her hotness to come back?

Absolutely not.
I rarely ever see hotness leave a girl, then come back for good. It always seems to pulsate in and out, the finally leaves them at 35 years old. That is the time when they turn into cows. I have seen it a 100 times.
