    Workout advice

    Here is my new workout, I have read all the stickys and spent the last 5 years studying exercise physiology...he is what I came up with

    Mon- Bench 12,10,8,6,3,20, Incline 12,10,8,6,3,20, Decline 12,10,8,6,3,20, flys 5x10 ( this is my shaping movement) cable crossovers 5x12 ( this one is for cuts). ez bar curls 5x5, db curls 5x10, concentration curls 4x8, spider curls 5x8. After this I take my shirt off and spend about an hour flexing in the mirror at my gym.

    Tue-off

    I'd add some more incline bench to work your upper chest. Those flys will really shape your chest, and if you turn the dumbells inward during a rep, it will isolate your inner chest, while deactivating the rest of your pectoralis major.
