not to brag but I used to do what the first guy is doing, full dips with four 45 plates between my legs, that was before my back injury last year, I could do about 8 full reps with that weight and I think I was weighing around 195lbs when I was doing them.

Not bad. But I have done them with full reps with a pallet hanging filled with cases of beer. I have even a bigger feat then that. I have done pullups with my wife hanging from me. Now that's some pullup as she is wider then she is tall.

I would take the winch cable from my old jeep...

Tie it around my waist...

Climb up a redwood tree...

Do a chinup with the jeep as my resistance...

And I could do them so fast, I could bring my body up over the tree branch
like a gymnast, and then do a tricep dip...

I would usually do five sets of fifty like this -
