Nap time and during tests and in the library or halls or when the teacher says so.
What should constitute acceptable "prayer" or moments of silence in public schools?
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

I think religion and goverment should be seperate. If someones religion requires them to go pray then fine but it should not be forced upon everyone.

IMO keep the rulings local. If the social norm in that particular area allows it, fine....if not, get rid of it.
When I went to school on the compound they gave us time to do this
