No, you're Canadian and have rarely been exposed to minority groups so it would be very difficult to be racist. Most racists come from areas with large minority groups. When they aren't around, it is hard to develop a hate for people.

FYI, I grew up in Toronto, which demographically is very similar to many Large U.S. center. But got the fuck out of there as soon as I could
