How Often Do You Brush Your Teeth a Day?

With all heated political debate I think we need a light hearted thread.

I brush my teeth around three to four times a day.

In the morning and before bed, then I use the whitener strips. After lunch I chew Trident.
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

I was under the impression that the home use whitener strips striped the enamel from your teeth.

A great many things that you ingest damage your enamel.
