    How long should i wine!!

    I just started out with the body building thing and am trying to get into the groove of where i should be with those that fit my genes, like that traps guy....fuck i could sport that no problem. i'm not a tiny guy but still i want to be tremdendous...huge...fucking werido staring built...and work from there (like point out what i really don't need and keep myself up beat with the things i like about myself) ... or does that not happen? i mean i need a good place to start out with understanding where you go from here?

    I take multi-vitamins, not the strongest but i am switching like tomorrow.
    I don't take NO2, or creatine.
    Protein - shakes..
    glutatime...
    and some fat burners...to help with the pounds i want to shed...

    --any advice? on what i should throw on that ?

    Well supplements are kinda just extra, but can be used effectivly. The thing is it is all in your diet. Bodybuilding is about 75%-80% diet/rest. The other 20%-25% is training and supplementation. If you eat like shit and you dont get the calories or protein in your daily diet you arent going to do anything, but become dissapointed.

    A great diet and training program are 99% of what youy need to get fit and look good.....don't bother with the other 1% ( B.S.) until you have the diet and training program fine tuned.
    I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

    Until you're stand up fall down drunk and the room is spinning thats when it gets fun.
    Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
    not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
    and drag down the features of age,
    no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
    no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
    but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

    o.k. so I already heard that in order to lose weight you need to drop the calories, but I have found my "daily minium intake" of calories from different websites, which I plan to furfill...but if I drop too many calories are you saying I will Lose Muscle as i am trying to gain it?

    O.K. here's a simple breakdown of what I do, but hopefully is the standard? amongst most people (otherwise I'd look kinda dumb right?);;

    5-6 am wake up ; multi-vitamin - 2x
    6 am ; breakfast --6-7 eggs ; no center - just egg whites; with some cheese;
    6-7 am ; anadrox / hydroxycut - fat burner - 1x (every other hour 6x max);
    10am -2 pm ; //this is on the odd days when i work out in the morning;
    //take glutamine ; pre-workout ; post workout -take glutamine
    //with a protein shake ; 4 scoops (20 grams protein)
    I usually take eat like a couple protein bars, like one or something.

    12ish ; I eat -- 1x banana and like 2 to 3 oranges, with a protein bar;
    //should i take a protein shake here? or any ideas for a mid - day of what to eat?

    4-6 ; steak ; usually rib - eye of prime rib, serloine ; mid size (don't know the exact ounces but it's not like a huge steak; rice, and other stuff (mango juice ...);

    //also, I drink alot of water. like a gallon + a day, literally around that much. I know that is healthy but I want to keep a healthy intake of sugar because I just feel I need it, personally ...juice is always good to get when you feel a little hungry or want that extra boost of engery.

    besides that I would throw in creatine, and stack NO2 with that ester creatine; *if i'm not taking that fluid creatine*

    any suggestions?

    I want to gain muscle as I lose the fat, I am on the tipping point merely, but still I don't have any previous history with sports so I know it will kinda weird for me, I am 5'10 ish, 190 ish, 18% body fat (told you), and want to trim it down to be fit, but I have no goals for someone of my size, I have great genes and know I can fit just about anything I set my mind on I just gotta get the routine right. So far I know it's about protein and getting the calories down, but too few calories...can it hurt you? and anyone wanna share with some everyday eating habits that they have? like nuts / crap like that...

    I usually shift from doing 4 hours at the gym in the morning to hitting 4 hours at the gym around the night.

    //so usually would it take me a little bit longer to realize how to find the right foods right? or should I cut back on the gym work out until I know what I'm eating will help make me reach my goals?

    //I lift modaretly and have no problem asking about something I don't understand and take into consideration everything that people say around the gym, lift basic lifting technquies + combo's and things that can help make you stronger...stretching before you workout ... etc etc..

    thanks
