    losing my mental focus

The older I get, the more confused I get. I used to be so sure of myself and what I wanted to do, now I just don't know.
Since my sister died and I broke up with my girlfriend I can't seem to get motivated to pursue any of my goals. I don't know how to regain my excitement for life.
Anyone else feel like this? I know I need to just suck it up and move on but I am having a hard time doing that...

I've been living in a fog for a while now. Hoping it will clear up eventually.

Your diet will set you free.

I hate exercise, I love training.

    You've lost your purpose.

Unfortunately, no one can give you a purpose. What you can do if figure out what you want out of life and hopefully, you can find a purpose there.

I'm going through a tough spot myself and have a good idea of how you're feeling.

    Good luck, man.

No doubt everyone feels like this a few times in their life. Just know you're not alone. The majority of us have already gone down this road you're on. Talking about it with like minded people certainly helps.

Good luck, although I'm sure you don't need it just by the pure fact that you made this post.

im here for ya? www.myspace.com/ge3k0 ; i can help out with whatever you want to talk about i guess...people pass away, and sometimes it's the thought that brings you to tears, but still you gotta think that you are sharing emotions with alot of other people too...not just yourself. So I would ask for you to make some of us proud and say that you are going to be there for your parents + your sister's friends and relatives. that is the emotional part...learning from what you understand and know and living it out by and by....so really you can do alot by helping out your cousins or something and not making it a personal ambition to make clear way to everyone but be yourself and be happy and show some interest in something that helps other people know that you are keeping yourself at pace with life and realization...it's always great to up lift people when they are down and smile sometimes...I was kinda hurt by the fact that I lost my brother and alot of my family to alot of stupid things but I still want to move forward with my life and that is 1.) realizing who you are, and moving on 2.) getting a girlfriend or staying active (relationship wise)....this one always counts double for guys because they can't mop around long enough to realize that they're going to lose a friendship to the fact that you are spending alot of your time worrying about something you can't change. and in regards to alot of other manners, people persist through everyday trials but one thing that keeps me motivated is just staying healthy, drinking water is something that i tell myself forever that I need to keep as a habit and really just push to stride when it comes to diligint work, but always look forward to your goals in life and you will always make it through!

so don't drop your habits, the good ones....

don't do drugs, or even think about it. just hang up...and really drink towards your health with water and take vitamins.

doing these things will keep you healthy, focused and motivated for those things ahead of you and you will find alot of ventures in life that can help you with those things that distrub alot of your pleasurable moments in life.

so cheer up buddy, and reflect on the good times because a loss is only how deep you take it....

be respectful towards the issue and those around you.
