    The one thing I didn't like was the 240 tire install on the Honda...

    The wheel does not look centered on the frame of the bike!?!?

    (they could have done a better job with this)

    Hey brother, I have seen 954s for $4700 low miles and in AWESOME shape. Winter is really better to buy pricing wise, but if you watch and wait, you will find something. Look on Craigslist.org if its in your area (I dont know if you are really in India or what).

    I was tempted to get a Miata, but besides my size not being great for owning one, I would much rather have a bike.

    If you want a Honda, and you want a 4, the 954 is supposed to be much improved over the 900 and 929.

    You may consider a GSX-R 750 though as a nice compromise bike, almost as much power as a liter bike (for peak HP), yet a bit less rotating mass making handling much easier as there is less gyroscopic effect trying to upright the bike all the time.

    I see R1s going for low prices all the time as well, I would get a 2000 or newer if you go that route. I like the headlights on them over the GSX-R admitedly.

    240 is huge for a bike, they may not have bought a new swingarm that fits it properly? Since they didn't take any pictures dead on its hard to tell.

    Hey Mudge, you ever heard of an RX7 (gen 1, or gen 2) V8 swap concept?


    You can get a old RX7 for 1 grand no engine, then just get a ford 5.0 and drop it in with a mod kit, and for under 3 grand you can have a 11/12 sec car.
