I like to think of Open Chat as a self-esteem test. If, by chance, you wonder in to Open Chat and get so offended that you want to leave after only five posts...well, you've failed. It just shows that you've all the self-esteem of a used tampon.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
to improve their lives.

Instead of trying to ban everyone in here, every day.
(Because our bannable posts are usually only wrong by perception)
Why not make Open Chat a "modless" forum?
Yes its anarchy, but I think most of us can handle ourselves.
Besides, there is still an ignore feature
I vote for having a 30day/30min post policy for newbs
this will cut down on spammers and general jerkiness from the outside
